10. Homemade Latte

As for the proportions, one part of the strong drink and three parts of milk are taken. Ideally, one part of the milk is a well-whipped foam.

We take a teaspoon of finely ground raw materials and pressurized water, ideally heated to 92-95ºС. The amount of the resulting drink is 30-35 ml.
