7. Sultan Kösen, 251 cm
On December 10, 1982, in the Turkish city of Mardin, a boy was born who was named Sultan Kösen. Like all children, the Sultan grew very quickly, but once, relatives and doctors noticed that his growth rate exceeds the usual and normal indicators.
Today, his height exceeds two and a half meters, which sent him to the pages of the Guinness Book of Records as the tallest person who lives in our time.
Sultan Kösen is engaged in farming, because of growth problems, he could not get an education, and besides this, his spine suffers from excessive stress, which forces him to walk exclusively with the help of crutches.
Doctors who helped him, managed to stop the growth with the help of special drugs that control growth hormone.
6. Eduard Bopre, 252 cm
The first-born in a family of twenty children, born in 1881 in Canada, had incredible growth rates of 252 centimeters. Edward Beaupre up to nine years old, he was the most ordinary child, who did not stand out against the background of other children, but then he began to grow by the day and by the clock, hitting relatives, peers and doctors with the speed of typing centimeters.
In addition to heights, Edward was famous for his colossal power, having thrown life on a farm, he toured the country, demonstrating his power, bending iron rods, raising heavy cattle and participating in wrestling fights. Having gained fame and respect, he, unfortunately, fell ill and died in the hospital on July 4, 1904, three days after signing the contract for performances.
5. Vaino Mullirinne, 251 cm
Finnish giant named Vaino Mullirinne I was not surprised by my data until I was 21, being the most ordinary young guy. He was born in 1909 without any pathologies, but after two dozen years he found a violation of the pituitary gland.

Already at eighteen, Leonid outgrew the 2-meter mark; the fault was with the pituitary gland. But until the age of 12, he was the simplest child, even when he went to first grade he was almost the tallest. In 2011, it grew to 257 centimeters.
He died at the age of 44, from a brain hemorrhage. In the morning he tried to get out of bed, but fell. The ambulance did not have time to save him. As relatives said Leonid Stadnik He foresaw a quick death and was sure that he would not live to be 45 years old.
3. John Carroll, 264 cm

When he reached the age of one, his parents noticed that their son greatly exceeded the growth of their peers. By the age of eight, he had already outgrown his father and could safely carry him in his arms.
But, despite the fact that he stood out from everyone, his parents tried to create comfortable conditions for him and make his childhood ordinary. In elementary school, a special school desk was built for him, and when he became interested in hiking, they sewed a large sleeping bag and a tent.
