Who said that jelly is a treat only for children ?! Jelly is an interesting dessert in which you can add alcohol. Yes, yes ... I bring to your attention ingenious ideas from jelly.
1. Jelly watermelon
You will need:
- Watermelon
- 180 g of red jelly powder
- 30 g of colorless gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water or vodka
Instruction:
- Cut the watermelon in half and remove the pulp.
- Combine the jelly with gelatin, pour boiling water and whisk until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
- Gently pour in cold water (or vodka) and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the watermelon cavity and refrigerate until it solidifies (about 4 hours).
- Slice and serve.
2. Fruit crushed ice
You will need:
- 90 g fruit jelly
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 ½ cans of lemonade
Instruction:
- Dissolve the jelly in boiling water, break the lumps with a whisk or fork.
- Add lemonade and stir.
- Put in the freezer for an hour and a half.
- After hardening with an ice cream spoon, form portioned circles. Serve in bowls.
3. Frozen Jelly Grapes
You will need:
- 3 cups of grapes
- 2 tablespoons jelly (any taste)
- bag for freezing
Instruction:
- Peel the grapes from the branches, rinse and dry.
- Put in a bag for freezing and send in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Add two tablespoons of jelly to a bowl, top with fully frozen grapes and mix well.
4. Fruit rolls with jelly
You will need:
- ½ cup water
- 90 gr jelly (to your taste)
- 1 ½ cup marshmallows
- vegetable oil (preferably in a spray)
Instruction:
- Heat microwave water at high power for 1 minute.
- Add jelly, stir until completely dissolved and microwave for another 45 seconds.
- Microwave the marshmallows for 1 minute. As soon as it begins to bubble, gently remove and mix. Oil the plastic container and pour two mixtures into it. The marshmallow layer should float at the top.
- Cool the mixture for 45 minutes. Then gently, using a silicone spatula, transfer the mixture to a paper towel.
- Using a paper towel, twist the frozen mixture into a roll and send in the refrigerator for an hour or a half.
- Cut the resulting roll into portions and serve.
